The Iranian Ahwazi refugee Hosam (23) is faced with an ultimatum from the Iranian secret service: he must choose between saving his imprisoned brother in Iran or committing murder on an innocent man. In an internal struggle between loyalty to his family and maintaining his own moral integrity, Hosam is forced to make an impossible decision that will change his life forever.
